A slow start to the match with very few chances until after 30 minutes, Rolls saw a long range shot beat the Wollaton keeper only for it to bounce off the crossbar, this seemed to wake Wollaton up and they began to have the better of the chances with little success. As I was heading for my half time cuppa, the ball fell to ANDY START on 44 minutes who took the ball in to the penalty box on the right hand side and slammed the ball home.
The Second Half saw Wollaton come out strong and had the ball cleared off the line after 48 minutes, but apart from then the Rolls keeper had very little to trouble him. Rolls had a couple of wide efforts as they came more in to the half but it wasn't a great half and Rolls held on comfortably to book their place in this seasons final where they will face Boots Athletic FC who defeated Magdala Amateurs 1-0 in the other semi final.
